Delete your account

This permanently deletes your account, health and wellness records, and private files. Records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations are isolated for the required period and are no longer used for product features.

Web subscriptions billed by Stripe are cancelled as part of deletion. Apple and Google subscriptions cannot be cancelled by Protocol One; cancel them in your device subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
