Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Protocol One, provided by Eisen Labs LLC.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and located in a supported region. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for entries and files submitted through your account.
Medical and AI disclaimers
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe compounds, select or calculate doses, or tell you to start, stop, or change a protocol. AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before use. Lab extraction can omit or misread results; you are responsible for comparing every extracted row to the original report before confirming it. A displayed laboratory reference range or out-of-range highlight is not a diagnosis or a determination of what is normal for you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person's records without authorization, bypass security or usage limits, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use outputs to provide unlicensed medical care. We may restrict access to protect users or the service.
Subscriptions
Protocol One Plus is offered monthly or annually. The annual offer may include one seven-day trial for eligible new subscribers. The exact price, billed amount, trial eligibility, renewal date, and cancellation method are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but generally preserves access through the paid period, subject to refunds, chargebacks, and provider rules. Manage web purchases from Billing; app-store purchases are governed and managed by the applicable store. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Your content and service changes
You retain rights in records you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. You may export or delete records using available controls. Features may change for safety, security, legal, or product reasons; material changes will receive appropriate notice.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. Eisen Labs LLC is not responsible for medical decisions, provider conduct, or reliance on an AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination, disputes, and contact
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach, legal requirements, or security risk. These terms are governed by Florida, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact support@eisenlabs.io before filing a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
